If you notice any data inconsistencies between your tools and Strique Analytics, here are a few quick steps you can take to troubleshoot.
Step 1: Check your Views
If you currently have a View applied on your other tool (such as Shopify, for example) that doesn't match what you have on Strique, make sure you have removed your view to compare the raw data.
Step 2: Check your Filters
If you are currently filtering your data in your applications, check to ensure that your filters match what is on Strique (or remove the filters to view the raw data).
